Plan to Move takes a step-by-step approach, and is designed to help teach you about each of these skills.
We'll start off by thinking about why you want to be active, and we'll help you build more confidence to tackle your goal of wanting to be more active. To put this goal into action, you'll learn about skills such as self-monitoring and goal-setting, where you'll learn how to set realistic goals and monitor your progress. Lastly, you'll learn about the importance of anticipating and overcoming barriers, so that you can prevent lapses in your levels of physical activity and stay active long-term! |
